Once you enroll, you will receive an email with instructions. Each day you will read the overview for that day. There will be written instructions as well as a video. Each video will end with an ocean meditation. Practice pages will be available to print or you can do the activities on notebook paper.
There are no accounts to log in to or passwords to remember. All links for videos and course materials will be linked within one PDF, in one email. It's SUPER easy! This is a 6-day course, but you may may complete it at your own pace.
